Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. KvantumTech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. All working files, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain the property of KvantumTech.
KvantumTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client business data, strategies, or project details with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
KvantumTech reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
